Self-Healing Bubble Wrap

Self-Healing BubbleWrap

Why would we even ponder the thought of self healing bubble wrap? An immunity bubble wrap which is self-healing could possibly add another layer to our overall well-being.

So, why not try it out?

Every week a bundle of bubble wrap is included in my shipment of lifesaving hydration fluids, medical supplies, & antiemetics. My bubble wrap isn’t as cute as this,

just your ordinary bubble wrap. I thought I would share the cool picture I found when doing a search on Twitter. The thread I found was for the notorious RBG aka Ruth Bader Ginsburg with healing bubble wrap.

At 87 years of age our notorious RBG Justice Ginsberg died of pancreatic cancer. She served 27 years on the supreme court’s bench. She changed the lives of millions of people in those 27 years. The reason she has a book/movie and documentary about her life is well understood. During her life journey she changed all of our lives because of her stand for equal rights. Gender and civil rights became her legacy during the 27 years on SCOTUS. Every decision or dissent brief she weighed in on became our nation’s historical blueprint of equality for all.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, became the first woman in US history to lie in state at the US Capitol in Washington DC.

In addition to being the first woman, Ginsburg is also the first Jewish American to ever lie in state at the US Congress.

Dubbed by her fans as the Notorious RBG, she also became the first justice to have two days of viewing at the Supreme Court.

Given the sheer number of visitors coming to pay their respects, organisers determined one day would not be enough.

Ginsburg, was an outspoken advocate for gender equality and civil rights.

As I look back at the time frame around Sept 25, 2020 and the turmoil surrounding a situation which called for honor and dignity. The greatness, humanity, humility, grace, strength, and intelligence of Justice Ginsberg was on full display as well as the contrast.

She deserved it all! Her legacy is a living, enduring, testimony of her notorious RBGness It creates peace just rereading the account of her truth. Thank you Justice Ginsberg!

Now, to bubble wrap and how we can increase our peace, reduce anxiety, and increase strength.

Does Bubble Wrap reduce stress? Yes!

Compared to meditation, popping bubble wrap can help you de-stress faster. This is because popping a row of bubbles gives you instant gratification. In fact, a study found that popping bubble wrap for 60 seconds relieved as much stress as a 33-minute massage.

Why does popping bubble wrap feel so good? It immediately provides relief!!! Pop! Pop! Pop!

Popping bubble wrap helps relax that muscle tension. It reduces stress and anxiety. In fact, studies have shown that, sometimes, the human brain receives feel-good chemicals like dopamine after popping bubble wrap. So that may be why it feels so satisfying!

Get ready, set, Go! Pop! Pop! Pop!
