Hello Warriors Happy #WarriorWednesday as you can see we are slowly rolling out the #TakeABite4GP before the holidays it is all about worldwide empathy. Thanksgiving is all about family, not eating, if you are alone on Thanksgiving? It is about being okay. Spending the holiday with a group of support buddies, in person, online, or whatever meets your needs… the point is you do what makes you happy and peaceful. We can go and be with family while sipping on our prepared protein shake or ingredients to make food while they visit us. It is about being flexible and rolling with the moment- no expectations- no pressure- just let Peace be your guide with love. On our #CureGP journey #Gastroparesis #MotilityDisorders we meet the moment how ever it comes adversity keeps trying to make our acquaintance, we keep refusing to shake its hand. We meet our journey with positivity and optimism no matter how much diversion tries to insert itself, we stay on the #PeaceBoat
