I usually leave physical, spiritual, emotional, meditation, healing choices to each of us to choose. It is apparent I depend upon prayer along with meditation and biofeedback on this chronic journey. I would not be able to communicate with out prayer. After my earthly father passed away in November 1977, I reached out to my Heavenly Father. Then with both of them in Heaven, along with God the Father Jesus and the Holy Spirit I was able to move through a very difficult difficult journey.
The next few months were beyond hard, but peace and patience both centered me in prayer. It doesn’t require a believer nor am I trying convert anyone. I have shared many pieces of this story through the years. Now I am sharing a few more.
